Calling all personal growth fanatics with aspirations. How do you conquer setbacks? How do you make your dreams happen? For the indomitable, it’s always a healthy combo of resilience and powerful mine exercises – such as a vision board.

Learn how to create an authentic board (from scratch!) aligned with your goals and gain clarity on your deepest, unfulfilled desires. Our speaker is an advocate on positive education and has tons of experience under her belt.

Participants are encouraged to bring magazines and required to fill in a worksheet so they can come to the workshop prepared.

About the Speaker

Sha-En Yeo is the founder of Positive Education, a training and coaching service that uses positive psychology tools to enhance education and parenting for the ultimate goal. The 1st Singaporean graduate of Masters of Applied Positive Psychology, Sha-En has impacted over 5000 people in schools and organisations as a champion of positive education. Along with Jack Canfield, she co-wrote the book The Road to Success Vol. 2, which scored a spot in Amazon’s best-selling list.
