Amy Slayter
Director of Digital, Oracle

In today’s world, the buyer gets to choose the decision-making and transaction path that works for them. We’ve seen this already in the B2C. What’s interesting is the crossover to B2B businesses. This is creating a paradigm shift in how B2B companies need to think not only about how they’re presenting their products to customers but also how to design their individual customer journeys.

I look at both the customer needs and the technology opportunities to help companies transform their businesses for the 22nd Century.
