Scott Carr has been with Air New Zealand for 27 years. Today he leads the Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams responsible for revenue generation in the Asian region through all sales channels, as the Regional General Manager Asia for Air New Zealand.
In the early years of his career with Air New Zealand, Scott focused on areas such as scheduling, fleet, network planning, revenue management and pricing before moving into the sales areas. Scott was then posted to Los Angeles, Melbourne, UK and Japan. Prior to posting to Shanghai, Scott was GM for Japan, Korea and South East Asia, and became RGM Asia in early April.
With his extensive experience entering new markets, Scott knows that profitable growth is key to success in new markets.
