6:30 pm - Agile Teams – Stand-up Anti Patterns

Stand-ups are one of the popular ceremonies in present-day projects (software or otherwise). Much has been written about Stand-ups. How should we determine whether our Stand-ups are effective or not? As with many things, there are pros and cons of various approaches. In this talk, Ram (http://www.sriramnarayanan.com/) will share the lessons learned on how to run efficient Stand-ups, the anti-patterns to watch out for, and how to change direction and culture for achieving the goals of a team.
