About the Instructors

Nikolay Sokratov
Head of Engineering, Grab

Nikolay is a Head of Engineering at Grab. He drives efforts in the areas of engineering productivity through optimizing processes and system to achieve seamless engineering experience. Prior to Grab, Nikolay was a Head of Developer Experience at Uber. He also managed large-scale teams and the biggest distributed systems in the world at Amazon AWS & Microsoft. Nikolay has over 25 years experience in technology management and product development and holds MBA degree from the University of Minnesota.

Abhishek Seth
Head of Engineering – Open Banking (API), ESB, BPM and Customer information platform, Citi

Donghao Huang
Vice President, R&D, Mastercard

Mr. Donghao Huang is Vice President, R&D at Mastercard Labs. Mastercard Labs is Mastercard’s global Research and Development division, focused on the evolution of technological and consumer trends and the implication of these evolutions on the payments industry. As a key member of Labs’ global senior management team, Mr. Huang leads the Singapore R&D team to drive innovations from ideas through to commercialization. Mr. Huang and his team work on global R&D projects in various cutting-edge technology areas, such as Connected Cars, Internet of Things, AI and Deep Learning, AR/VR, Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology.

Mr. Huang has over 20 years of experience in software development, R&D and technological innovation across various industries. He graduated from Tsinghua University, Peking University and National University of Singapore.
