Interaction Designer of MinitheoryCharmaine is an interaction designer at Minitheory where she works with clients to understand users and craft clear and seamless experiences. She has conducted user research with users in corporate cubicles, in the streets, and remotely on Skype. Her past projects have ranged from redesigning Australia’s largest beauty e-commerce Bellabox to an enterprise software for modelling.
Her background is from Human Computer Interaction and Computer Science at NUS. - Valerie Oon
Experience Design Consultant of FoolproofValerie has conducted customer research in Singapore, Shanghai, Sydney and London, for brands like Dell, Lloyds Bank and City Index. She firmly believes understanding customers is the first step to communicating and designing for them.
Before Foolproof, Valerie designed mobile apps at a development agency and has a background in advertising.
