Wei Lieh will be sharing tips on how to maximise the opportunities to gather data in a limited research window.

Speakers’ Bio

Wei Lieh Ng

Wei Lieh is a 10+ year UX practitioner who has worked in telecoms, automotive and printer industriescreating both digital and product user experiences.He started his UX career at Motorola Inc in the Consumer Experience Design (CXD) team as a userresearcher conducting global research studies on mobile technology and usage, which was used todesign the RAZR family of mobile phones.This then led to a four-year career with Continental AG leading the User Interface (UI) Design team,where he designed and led the delivery in-car GPS navigation systems for General Motors, Volkswagenand Peugeot.After Continental, he was the Lead UX Designer at Brady Corporation, a specialist printer manufacturer,where he oversaw all aspects of desktop printer design, including Industrial Design, User InterfaceDesign and User Research.He is currently the head of user experience at StarHub Ltd, a public listed telecommunication provideroverseeing the overall UX of the online store and smartphone apps.Wei Lieh is a graduate of Nanyang Technological University with an MS in Human Factors and a B.Eng in

Mechanical Engineering. In his spare time, he enjoys running and cycling with his wife and daughter.

Chrisanthy Rebecca Surya

Chrisanthy has a background in Cognitive Neuroscience, Interactive Arts, and Management, and started her career working for design consultancies that produce digital and physical products for various industries from medical, retail, and social. She currently works as a UX Researcher at Favorite Medium where she constantly seeks to understand users better and create product experiences that delight them.
